Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. You’re holding so much—pressure to have it all together, anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationships that leave you feeling drained, or just the constant question: Who am I, really? I work with teenagers and young women who are ready to stop living on autopilot and start connecting more deeply with themselves, their relationships, and what really matters. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, because you’re not broken. It’s about giving yourself permission to slow down, get curious, and discover how to feel more confident, and connected to your truest self.

I take a holistic approach, meaning I see you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. Together, we’ll explore how your mind, body, relationships, and environment are impacting your wellbeing. It is my hope that through our work together, you feel empowered and prepared to tackle the variety of situations life presents to you.

I work with individuals seeking treatment concerning anxiety, depression, trauma, anger and stress management, mood disorders, relationships, sexuality, identity, spirituality, life transitional periods, grief and loss. I provide trauma-informed, sex positive and gender affirming care.
I approach my clients from a holistic perspective, utilizing individualized methods and evidenced-based practices to meet your needs and therapeutic goals. It is my hope that through our work together you will be empowered to confidently make changes to be the most authentic version of yourself and create a life in line with your own unique goals and values.

I use humor and a holistic, strengths-based approach to foster a warm, safe, and trusting environment for my clients. Through honest and compassionate counseling, you can achieve greater clarity in your life, develop strategies for the struggles you face, and create goals for your future.
I understand that making the decision to meet with a counselor can feel stressful, overwhelming, or even scary at first. My goal is to make that transition as smooth as possible by creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel understood and supported.
