Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor

You’re holding so much: pressure to have it all together, anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationships that leave you feeling drained, or just the constant question: Who am I, really? I work with teenagers and young adults who are ready to stop living on autopilot and start connecting more deeply with themselves, their relationships, and what really matters. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, because you’re not broken. It’s about giving yourself permission to slow down, get curious, and discover how to feel more confident, and connected to your truest self.

I take a holistic approach, meaning I see you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. Together, we’ll explore how your mind, body, relationships, and environment are impacting your wellbeing. It is my hope that through our work together, you feel empowered and prepared to tackle the variety of situations life presents to you.

Licensed Professional Counselor

Life can feel like a lot sometimes. Whether you’re dealing with relationship stress, a big life change, work pressure, or just can’t seem to quiet your thoughts. Whatever it is, you don’t have to go through it alone.

As a therapist, I’m here to help you navigate the messy, confusing, and overwhelming parts of life. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, insecurities, or just feeling stuck. My style is compassionate, honest, and real, with a holistic approach and a bit of humor to help lighten the load. I want you to feel safe, supported, and like you can actually exhale a little.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel scary or awkward at first. That’s completely normal. My goal is to make it feel as comfortable as possible, no judgment, just a space where you can be yourself and start to feel more like you again.
