Compassion and Care

We welcome you just as you are, with all the experiences and stories that make you you.  Whether in person in our Westlake office, or from the comfort of your home via virtual therapy, we aim to make this a space where you don’t have to pretend or hold it all together, just a place to land when life feels heavy or uncertain.

We’ll meet you where you are, honoring your pace and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll help you find your strength, build confidence, and move toward the life you deserve.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance—and that’s actually intentional. Insurance companies require a formal diagnosis and can limit the type or length of therapy, as well as the type of therapy we’re able to provide. We believe that healing doesn’t always fit neatly into a checklist, and we want to keep your therapy experience personalized, flexible, and focused on you, not just a diagnosis.

What is the cost per therapy session?

The cost of sessions is $150, a meaningful investment in you. Therapy is one of those rare things that’s truly just for you: your growth, your healing, your peace. And you’re worth that.

Can I use my insurance for reimbursement?

Yes. We will help submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement through a superbill.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is a document you can submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement for therapy sessions. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance company to learn about your out-of-network benefits. We are also happy to check this for you!

What forms of payment are accepted?

You can pay using any major credit card, including FSA and HSA cards, to make things a little easier and more flexible.

What if I have other questions?

You can reach out to us using our contact form with any further questions or to set up a free consultation call to determine if we would be a good fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Many people come to therapy because they feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, stuck, or unsure of themselves. Therapy is simply a space to talk, process, learn new tools, and feel supported. If you’ve been thinking about reaching out, that’s often a sign you’re ready.

What happens in the first therapy session?

The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and answer any questions you have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away, this is just the beginning of building a comfortable, supportive relationship.

Do I need to have a specific problem to start therapy?

Not at all. You don’t need a big crisis or a perfect explanation. Many clients come to therapy simply because they want to feel less anxious, more confident, or better able to handle life’s stress

What ages do you work with?
